Security Deposit refunds are returned via US mail within 30 days of the end of your lease.  Refunds are mailed to the address provided to JSM on your Lease Application.   

Note that Security Deposits refunds are not guaranteed nor may be the original amount paid, as outstanding balances, carpet cleaning charges, and any applicable charges may reduce such refund amount.

You can change the address to which your Security Deposit return is mailed by updating your permanent address in your Resident Portal. Please ensure your address is updated prior to the end of your lease term. 

JSM is not responsible for returned mailings of security deposit refunds.
