Private bedroom available immediately for Fall 2026 at The Station (505 S. Fifth St.) in a fully furnished 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom apartment. A Fall 2026-only sublease is totally fine, or you can stay longer if needed (current lease runs through August 2027). The apartment is in a super convenient location close to UIUC campus and Green Street, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. The bedroom comes furnished with a bed, desk, chair, and dresser, and you’ll have your own private bathroom! The apartment also has a full kitchen, large sectional sofa, Smart TV, dishwasher, microwave, and in-unit washer/dryer. You’ll be living with three female roommates. Residents also have access to JSM’s fitness center and student center on Green Street. Rent is $924/month including electricity, water, sewer, trash, recycling, and internet, but I’m open to negotiating the price, especially if you can move in soon!
