How does the application process work?
Once an application is submitted, it’s reviewed by Human Resources for required qualifications and prior work experience. Then, Human Resources will contact qualified applicants for a brief phone screen to discuss the position in further detail. After the phone screens, we will select candidates for in-person interviews. Following the in-person interviews, the best candidate for the position will be selected and will be contacted by Human Resources with a job offer. Candidates will be contacted throughout the process as hiring decisions are made.
How do I know the status of my application?
JSM will contact candidates regarding the status of their application via phone call or email throughout the hiring process.
Which positions are benefit’s eligible?
All full-time positions will receive our Benefits package. Our part-time positions receive free employee parking, direct deposit, and access to the JSM VIP Program.
What is the salary range for the position?
The salary range and hourly rates will be discussed during the in-person interview with Human Resources.
What COVID precautions has your organization implemented for the hiring process?
JSM follows current state and local guidelines in regard to COVID-19. Human Resources will provide candidates with any necessary information as it pertains to safety protocols for in-person interviews.
