How does the application process work?

Once an application is submitted, it’s reviewed by Human Resources for required qualifications and prior work experience. Then, Human Resources will contact qualified applicants for a brief phone screen to discuss the position further detail. After the phone screens, we will select candidates for in-person interviews. Following the in-person interviews, Human Resources will select the best candidate for the position and make a job offer. Human Resources will contact candidates throughout the application process as hiring decisions are made.

How do I apply for open positions?

You can apply directly through the JSM website, or you may stop by the office to complete a paper application.

Can I apply for multiple positions?

Yes, you may apply to multiple positions. Please indicate which positions you would like to be considered for on your application.

How do I know the status of my application?

JSM will contact candidates regarding the status of their application via phone call or email throughout the hiring process.

Where do I park for my interview?

There is free parking available in the lot behind our office at 505 S. Fifth Street. Use the alley to the right of the building to enter the parking lot. Candidates may park in any available space.

Which positions are benefit’s eligible?

All full-time positions will receive our Benefits package. Our part-time student positions receive free employee parking, direct deposit, and access to the VIP Program.

What is the salary range for the position?

The salary range and hourly rates will be discussed during the in-person interview with Human Resources.

Are there opportunities for remote work?

Currently, we do not provide opportunities for remote work.

What COVID precautions has your organization implemented for the hiring process?

As a result of Covid-19, JSM has implemented additional safety measures for the interview. These safety measures include wearing a facemask in the office, social distancing and sanitizing the interview room.
