JSM Living is pleased to offer our residents exclusive access to the JSM Student Center. The Student Center is fully equipped with private cubicles, study booths, a coworking lounge space with a coffee bar, a printing station, and TVs throughout.

Where is the Student Center?
The Student Center is located on the second floor of 528 E. Green Street right next to Chipotle.
What are the hours of the Student Center?
The Student Center is open 24 hours daily.
Is the Student Center secure?
Yes! The Student Center is a secure entry by fob. You will receive a fob at move-in.
What if I lose my JSM Student Center fob?
If your Student Center fob gets lost or stolen in the middle of your lease period, and you would like a new fob, please come into our office at 616 E. Green, Suite D to receive a new one for $30!
Are guests allowed in the Student Center?
Yes! Residents are allowed to bring up to 3 guests per visit. Click here to read the full list of rules and regulations.
