Baking is one of my favorite study breaks during finals season. It gets me away from my desk and gives me a break from looking at my notes. Also, you get a study snack to keep you motivated when you get back to work.

Peanut Butter Blossoms
One of my favorite holiday cookies are the peanut butter blossoms. My mom always made these every year while I was growing up and they remind me of home during the holidays.
Hot Cocoa Cookies
Making hot chocolate keeps me warm on these chilly winter days. If you're as big of a hot cocoa fan as I am, you'll love these hot cocoa cookies. Complete with a marshmallow in the middle, they also look so cute!

Sugar Cookies
Decorating sugar cookies is always so much fun. I love picking out the different shaped cookie cutters, frosting colors, and sprinkles. If you don't have a cookie cutter, you can always use a knife to cut out different shapes!

Chocolate Covered Pretzels
What I love most about chocolate covered pretzels is that there is so much variety! You can mix up the kinds of chocolate you use and sprinkles on top. Easy to make a whole tray of pretzels where there's a combination everyone will enjoy. Also, the best part is that it requires minimal cooking. Just heat the chocolate in the microwave and dip the pretzels in.

Spiced Cranberry Apple Cider
One of my favorite drinks in the winter is spiced cranberry apple cider. It has so much flavor and is great on a cold day. This is also the perfect drink to serve with friends and can easily be customized based on taste preferences. I like to keep it in a crockpot on warm so that the drink stays warm during our whole get-together.
