Hi everyone! I am looking to sublease my apartment for the spring semester and the summer (if you are interested in just one, please let me know but I am also open to someone who wants to sublease both terms!). I am subleasing my bedroom in a 4 bed/2 bath apartment at 508 E. Healey St. It is super close to Green St and the Engineering Quad. I am looking for a female roommate as all of my roommates are girls. They are all incredibly nice and sociable. The rent is $669.25 plus gas/electricity are paid separately (about $20 a month per person). The sublease would begin anytime you want beginning as early as mid-December. I am willing to negotiate paying part of the January rent as well. As a heads-up, one of my roommates does have a pet bunny.
