JSM Living

I am leasing 1 bedroom in a 2-bed apartment. My roommate will not be living there over the summer (so you will be the only one in the apartment), but you would only be using one bedroom. We have a tv in the main living room area, a tv in the bedroom, a nice kitchen (stove, microwave, oven, lots of cabinet space, fridge, freezer), and a high top area to eat in the kitchen with two chairs. This apartment also comes with a Keurig. I will be moving out the week of May 5th, so you would be able to move in around then. The rent is $720 plus utilities, but I am willing to negotiate pricing.
