Hi! I am studying abroad from August 1 to December 31, and am looking to sublease my unit for the Fall 2024 semester. The listing is for 1 bedroom *female only* at Green Street Towers. Its a 4 bedroom 4 bath floor plan located at 616 East Green Street. It comes fully furnished and you will get your own bedroom and bathroom but will share a kitchen, living room, and the in-unit washer and dryer with roommates. Rent is 835 + electric bill ($30 monthly). All other utilities are included. The other 3 roommates are all incoming seniors and are all very organized, friendly, and clean (you'll definitely have a tidy house)! 2 min walk to the Quad/Engineering Quad (on green street across from Mia Za's and next to Subway).
