Looking for someone to sublease my room from mid-May to the beginning of August. My roommate is also looking to sublease her room, so please lmk if you have a friend you would like to have sublease the other bedroom :) Rent is $813 per room per month after all utilities, including electricity (utilities are included in the rent). As background, my roommate and I are both women with no pets, and we take good care of the apartment. It has modern appliances, full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and a TV in each room.
