Summer Sublease Near Main Quad/Grainger/Green Street (2 Bedroom and 1 Bath) Hi my name is June and my roommate is Arisa. We are currently looking for people to sublease our apartment for this summer and we are fully moving out of the apartment. The unit we are living in comes with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and the monthly rent is 865 per month. It's conveniently located on Green Street right by the Engineering Quad and Main Quad, and it's right above Oozu Ramen and Latea. There is a parking garage within the building, the JSM gym right across the street and a bike rack station too. The building has a pretty good security system with a fob, and ringer system for guests on your floor as well as an enclosed mailing room that you can access through an app. We would be happy to negotiate the rent, work around move-in dates, and tour the space if you wanted to see it in person.
