My roommate and I are looking to sublease our entire unit for summer 2025. From June 1 to August 12. You may move in before June 1st and we won't charge you extra rent. Rent is $1400 and we'll pay the utilities, which are $226. It is a beautiful location, with a quiet environment and lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Transportation is convenient as well.
