Looking to sublease my room for the summer. I currently have a roommate who will be staying in her room, so a girl would be preferred. It's $778 a month (including utilities), and I'll throw in my uncovered parking spot across the street (700. S Gregory) as a freebee bonus. Move-in date is flexible, but we have scheduled our renovation for July 28th, so you'll have to move your stuff out before then, although you could stay there until mid-day August 2nd.
