Hello! I will be subleasing my apartment for the spring term (months of January 2026-May 2026). 701 S Gregory is located in the block between the Krannert Center for the Performing Arts and CRCE, less than 10 minutes from the Main Quad. It’s perfect for those with classes at the Music Building, Carle Illinois College of Medicine, Animal Sciences, and the Chemistry Building. Further, it’s right near restaurants like the Bread Company, Manolo’s, Caffe Bene, Dubai Grill, and bb.q Chicken. The apartment is a 1 Bed, 1 Bath, Floorplan Standard with a Double-sized bed. I’ll be looking to sublease the apartment for $1,197 per month, which covers both rent and utilities. Utilities include water, sewer, heated & cooled air, electricity, recycling, trash hauling, and internet. The apartment comes with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, sink garbage disposal, dishwasher, end table, two chairs, washer, dryer, sofa, coffee table, Smart TV, window blinds, fire extinguisher, two smoke alarms, desk, desk chair, and a double sized bed. You would need to purchase an internet router, shower curtain rod, and trash can for the room. An additional payment I’m looking for is a $200 security deposit. I also have a parking spot in the garage below the building that I would be willing to sublease if you have a car. This spot is perfect for the winter months! I’d be willing to sublease the parking spot for $575 ($115 per month), although I’m fine lowering the price if there’s a good offer.
