Lease Applications Overview

Here’s what you need to know before submitting your application:

• The leasing application does not guarantee your preferred apartment/unit. To sign a lease, please schedule a virtual lease signing appointment: Virtual Lease Signing | JSM Living.
• Hurry — units are filling fast! The earlier you schedule your virtual lease signing appointment, the more options you will have.
• The application must be completed by your lease signing appointment date. However, you do not need to have a completed lease application to schedule an appointment.
• There is no fee to submit an online leasing application with JSM Living.
• Applicants only need to submit one application. If your property choice changes, we can update your application, no need to submit a second one.

Applying with Roommates

Leasing with roommates? Here’s how the process works:

• Only one person needs to start the application.
• That person will invite the other roommates, ensuring everyone is grouped together and avoiding duplicate accounts.
• All roommates must complete the online application before a lease agreement can be prepared.

Next Steps After Applying

Once your application is complete, here’s what to expect:

• A lease signing appointment must be scheduled in order to move forward.
• Remember: submitting an application does not guarantee a unit, availability is confirmed at the time of lease signing. If your first choice is no longer available, we can adjust to another property during your appointment.

Current resident?

If you are a current resident, you only need to submit a new leasing application if you are moving to a different JSM property.
