Please note that JSM leases by the unit at all properties except 505 S. Fifth – The Station. Call our office to learn more. Please see below for the minimum number of people needed to sign a lease. If you schedule a Virtual Lease Signing Appointment and do not have the minimum number of people required to sign, your appointment will be canceled.
To sign a lease with JSM, prospective residents must complete an application and be prepared to submit a Security Deposit equal to one rental installment. Submitted payments can be split amongst roommates to equal the total due for the unit.
