Important Reminders

If you plan to sign a Group 2 property, please select a date/time on or following October 27th. Selecting a date prior to October 27th for a Group 2 property will result in a canceled appointment. If you are a current JSM resident, please utilize the appointment links provided to you in your email sent on September 3rd.

Please note that JSM leases by the unit. Please see below for the minimum number of people needed to sign a lease. If you schedule a Virtual Lease Signing Appointment and do not have the minimum number of people required to sign, your appointment will be canceled. 

To sign a lease with JSM, prospective residents must complete an application and be prepared to submit a Security Deposit equal to one rental installment. Submitted payments can be split amongst roommates to equal the total due for the unit.
