Hello! I am graduating in the Spring, and have a spot available at a 2b1b apartment for Summer 2026 from Late-May to July (Female only, please). Rent is $853 (including utilities and services), but willing to negotiate; the late-May rent will be paid and is free. Fully furnished with amenities like in-unit laundry, dining bar, beverage chiller, a balcony/sunroom, TVs, and large closets. It is located in a secure entry building near campus, as well as shops and restaurants.
