To whom it may concern, I am graduating in December 2025 and will not be living at 102 E. Gregory Unit 20 in Spring 2026 or Summer 2026. This listing is only for my downstairs bedroom in Unit 20. There are a total of 4 bedrooms in Unit 20 and my current roommates plan on staying in there through the Spring 2026 semester and possibly into Summer 2026. Rent is $773.45 per month and utilities range from $75 to $125 per month, in addition to the rent. The subleasee is expected to pay the majority of the rent and utilities, if not all. My roommates and I need someone who will be clean and responsible, and take care of the apartment as much as anyone else in the unit would.
