Hi! I’m looking to sublease my unit on 105 E Green Street from May 2026-August 2026 (specific dates tbd). The apartment is right across the street from Kams, and 10 minutes from the main quad & engineering quad. There is the 50/ 5 green & 14 navy to guide you through the CU area. You would have a studio unit (pocket door style), with in unit washing and drying. The rent is $970 with utilities being $97. About 400 sqft. I am more than willing to negotiate the rent for a discount. I also have a parking spot for $840 right under the unit available for rent, whether with this same sublease or another individual. It’s available from June 2026 to August 2026.  The unit is recently remodeled, with furniture and appliances that are fairly new and in great condition. I am also willing to throw in two comfortable barstools if wanted. When renting, the unit comes with only 1 wooden one. Along with a gold-lined body mirror, if rented.
