Hello! I’m looking for someone to sublease a single studio apartment with JSM for the rest of the semester! The original pricing of the apartment is $878 a month. I am discounting to $700, and I pay the rest of the $178, which inclides the utilities. The utilities are electricity/light, water, sewer, trash, recycling, heat/ac, and internet. The security deposite would be $300. The apartment is located on Fourth and Chalmers, it is in the heart in center of campus. It is right in front of two buses, the 220N/S, and an easy walk to Union, Ikenberry, and Greenstreet. The washer and dryer are community shared, and they are on the first floor (it is $2.50 for the washer and $2.50 for the dryer). The thing noted is that you have to buy your own router to access the internet, but I am selling my router (which is fast and efficient) for $35.
