The apartment is going $850 out of $918 because I would like to cover some of the bill. The rent covers the overall apartment rent, all utilities, and access to the JSM study lounge and gym. Along with this the apartment has laundry in building (down the hall from this unit), secure package area, along with a secure entrance.
