Listing 1 (of 2) bedrooms for my apartment. I am looking to start subletting my apartment starting May 2026, and if you are interested, I would like to continue through the 2026-2027 school year. I have one roommate (male) who will not be there during the summer, but will return in the fall. He is a quiet, respectful, and responsible roommate. I have known him since high school. If you are not familiar with the location, it is very close to both campuses and many restaurants. It also has covered parking and bike racks.
