The sublease would be May 21st to August 8th (with a chance for a slightly earlier move-in at no extra cost). Our normal rent is $1,113/month, but we’re offering a discount for the summer: it would be $450 total for May 21–31 + August 1–8, and $900/month for June and July, so $2,250 total for the entire stay. We cover the remaining rent as well as all utilities (including electricity). The building requires rent to be paid upfront through their portal at signing, and we ask for a $500 refundable security deposit. After that, there are no additional payments.
