Hello! I'll be subleasing this STUDIO apartment between May 20 and July 31. Rent is $867 a month including utilities. It does NOT include additional fees, such as security deposit ($100), sublease fee ($50), mandatory insurance (~$15) and convenience fee ($5-$30, depending on card type used for payment). For summer (May - July) subleases, all of the rent due must be paid to JSM before the Sublease Agreement can be signed. Additional info: Laundry room has instructions for payment through app. $2.50 per wash or dry machine.
