Private bedroom available for Fall 2026 in a fully furnished 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment at Green Street Towers (616 E. Green St., Unit 302). The location is hard to beat! It's right in the heart of campus on Green Street, surrounded by restaurants, cafés, and shops, and only a couple minutes from both the Main Quad and Engineering Quad. The apartment includes an in-unit washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV, large sectional sofa, desks, beds, dressers, and other furnishings. We also have access to JSM’s fitness center and student study center on Green Street. You would be living with three chill, clean, and respectful (male) roommates. I am subleasing because I will be away from campus for the fall semester. I’m open to reasonable price negotiations, and the sublease will be completed officially through JSM. Rent is $959.75/month, including water, sewer, trash, recycling, and internet; electricity is separate. The room is available immediately through the end of the Fall 2026 semester.
