Hello! Looking for a comfortable, close-to-campus apartment for your summer in Chumbana? I’m subleasing my apartment from May 19 through July 31 (end of the lease). Earlier move-in on May 18 is possible for an additional fee. Rent is $800/month, (utilities included) price is slightly negotiable. May rent is $300 (prorated for a partial month). A $1,030 precautionary security deposit is required. The apartment also comes with free utensils and dishes. I also have a few household items available to purchase at a discounted price after the sublease is signed.
