What is Community Rewards?
Community Rewards is JSM Living’s resident engagement and rewards portal. It gives residents the opportunity to stay connected, interact with their community, earn points, and redeem those points for rewards such as gift cards.
How do I join Community Rewards?
To join Community Rewards, click the link below and select the Get Started option. You'll need to enter the same email we have on file.
How do I earn points through Community Rewards?
Residents can earn points in a variety of ways, including leaving a review, rating their experience, sharing photos in the community album, and participating in exclusive, limited-time engagement opportunities.
How do I redeem points?
Most points can be redeemed once you reach a minimum of 500 points. Every 500 points equals a $5 reward, and residents may continue accumulating points to redeem for higher-value rewards. The Rewards section of Community Rewards displays all available redemption options and required point totals.
What are Perks?
Perks are exclusive offers available to JSM Living residents through Community Rewards. This includes all JSM VIP Program deals with local businesses. VIP Program deals are updated annually and may be used multiple times throughout the year.
